North Canton Family Physicians
North Canton Family Physicians was founded in 1983 by Drs. Marilyn Jenrette, John Jenrette, and Susan Mercer. Dr. Jenrette joined Pioneer Physicians Network in 2015 working as a single provider. Over the next several years, the practice would grow, bringing in new physicians and advanced practice providers.
While Dr. Jenrette retried in 2023, her legacy lives on within North Canton Family Physicians. The practice is now staffed by three primary care physicians and two nurse practitioners. We are a mix of family medicine and internal medicine providers that provide care to patients, from their birth and throughout, the simple or complex medical challenges they may face.
The practice philosophy of North Canton Family Physicians emphasizes preventive medicine – it is better and simpler to prevent a problem, if possible, than it is to fix a problem. We strive to develop meaningful and enduring relationships with our patients. The office is run according to Christian principles.
